fund green area in sierra golf

I am trying to raise funds to transform the huge green area which is in the middle of Sierra Golf. It is currently being used as a dog toilet.  I would like to have somewhere where my daughter can play and somewhere where we can all enjoy a nice walk, sit down, view and something just much more better that what it is now.
My idea is to arrange for it to be gutted out of all weeds. Land leveled, trees and plants planted a walk way. Somewhere to sit,  chess tables, bbq, maybe some game areas like crazy golf/football or basketball.
Children play area with slide, swing and what not.
Depending on if enough funds and obviously if people donate,
