Fund Grace's Fight for Daycare Justice

I’m a simply a dad trying to protect his daughter and hopefully bring awareness to other parents.

I recently shared Grace’ story with the community and included evidence of extensive amount of injuries she sustained by other children while under the care of Treehouse Daycare and my unsuccessful attempts at getting them to prevent it from happening again. I was warned of the likely retaliation by the company and have indeed received correspondence threatening legal action because I spoke up.

I’ve had an astounding amount of parents and people who said they were former employees reach out to me with horror stories and knowledge of cases similar to Grace. Something has to change and there needs to be accountability. I don’t currently have the decision making power to prevent her from attending that daycare, though I’ve tried to reason with the person that does and wasn’t successful. I do have the ability to share her story to hopefully keep it from happening to someone else. I’ve contacted a Phoenix based attorney who is confident in this case. The retainer alone is $5,000 and the fees would understandably go way beyond that. Several people have reached out asking to donate. I’m asking your help with the attorney fee’s to combat the impending legal action I’ll face for speaking up. I don’t believe we should be scared to bring these things to light simply because we don’t have the monetary power to fight back. Thank you!
