Fund for Xander's Family

So many people have expressed a desire to donate to Kyle and Rebecca Edgecomb, after a car accident on 01/29/21 resulted in the passing of their 3 month old son, Xander. The family has requested an account be set up, where donations can be made toward Xander's medical bills, as well as Granny and Sue's medical expenses. Anything remaining will be used for families in need, at the Children's Hospital of Atlanta, where Xander was cared for before his passing. 

On 01/29/2021, Xander was involved in a car accident with his grandmother, Sue, his Great Granny, Maureen, and his cousin Savannah. Sue & Savannah were taken by ambulance and fortunately only suffered minor injuries. Granny was air lifted to Macon, where she underwent surgery for a fractured spine and broken ribs - she is currently in the hospital recovering. Xander was initially air lifted to Macon, and then again to Atlanta, where a medical team spent about 24 hours exhausting every option and medical intervention available, in an attempt to save his life. 

Rebecca and Kyle are fortunate enough to have life insurance for all funeral expenses, as well as car and health insurance for the medical expenses. However, should any of the medical expenses become unpaid, due to the exhaustion of insurance available, this fund would cover those expenses, along with any unpaid medical expenses for Sue and Granny. 

Rebecca is adamant that any remaining funds be used for families at the Children's Hospital of Atlanta. She spoke so highly of the team of doctors, nurses & medical staff. She would like to help any families that are in need, while their children are seeking treatment, as well.
