Fund for Lewis Family Tragedy

On August 12, 2018, Lacey Lewis lost her long battle with mental health issues and addiction. At only 33 years, Lacey took her own life  after years of struggling to find peace in a broken life.
Lacey left three beautiful children that have her bright, blue eyes and sadly, the burden of their mother's heartache.
Her two girls live with their great-grandmother.  It's a financial struggle everyday. Limited, fixed income with no pennies to spare is hard enough and now the tragic loss of their mother (and her grand daughter) is a grief young children should not have to bear.

Funds will be used to lay Lacey to a final rest and to the care of her children.

It would be appreciated if you could share this page in hope that Lacey’s story is received by others with understanding, kindness and generosity.  It is hoped that if this page reaches someone who may be feeling like there is no other way than ending their life that they understand that there is someone available to talk to.  Suicide is permanent and talking to someone will help you see how much value and purpose your life has.  I encourage you to speak to someone who will help you get through how you’re feeling right now as there is hope.

If you or a family member is struggling, please call Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. You can reach them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the phone or use their online chat service from 7pm until midnight by going here
