Dearly friendfuls, loved ones, family folks:
In case you haven't heard, we are having a bebeh!!! Baby *Beam's projected arrival is June 20th and we couldn't be more thrilled! We would be very grateful for your help as we embark on this journey. For a few reasons we are opting to request direct assistance instead of creating a baby registry: we have ample access to secondhand baby stuff from local families in our community and registries typically don't accommodate some of our other baby-related needs.
Also! allll kinds of support would be happily received, not just monetary: whether gifts of hand-me-downs or dinners cooked or emotional support! We know that being new parents requires leaning on community in a bigger way than we have in the past and we cherish that support comes in many, many forms. Community is a fabric, thanks for being a part of ours!
*A note on name: "Beam" is our in utero name for our little one, they will be given a different name once they are born<3<3<3
**One last thing! If you donate anonymously, your name won't be publicly displayed, but we can still see your name privately which is great as we want to be able to direct our gratitude accordingly. Please do whatever feels right in this regard, but we recognize the format is a bit strange and not totally suited to the purpose we've decided to use it for.**
