My name is Evelyn Krauss, and I am a Life Scout in Scouting America Troop 7844 currently working on my Eagle Scout Project. I am aiding Preservation Parks of Delaware County in the construction of 20 boxes that will be used to count traffic and guests entering areas of the park systems. The data that the parks collect from these boxes makes it possible for them to understand the popularity of park resources and to apply for funding.

For this project, I need to raise $600 to cover the material costs for the wood, screws, paint, and other materials needed to build the boxes. Any and all funds leftover after the project is completed will be donated directly to Preservation Parks. Preservation Parks of Delaware County manages parks throughout Delaware County, providing public access to trails for a variety of recreational uses (hiking, biking, skiing, and more), as well as educational programming and resources, and more.
