Through my small-but-mighty community project, Grab n' Flow, we’re making sure that basic, essential care isn’t left to luck. We believe everyone deserves dignity—no questions asked.

We're working to empower our neighbors in two key ways:

✨ By providing free menstrual and postpartum products—without stigma or shame.

✨ And by offering body literacy in a neutral, positive, and approachable way.

Why Grab n’ Flow Exists

Grab n' Flow was born in crisis.

In March 2020, the day Philadelphia shut down due to COVID, I gave birth to my son. The hospital was short-staffed, supplies were low, and I was sent home with barely enough. And still—I had extra. But when I looked for somewhere to donate those supplies, there was nowhere to take them.

So I decided to build what didn’t exist: a simple, community-based solution.

Grab n’ Flow sheds are small, open-access cabinets where folks can take what they need—menstrual products, postpartum supplies, and more. No appointments. No gatekeeping. No shame.

Why It Matters

I’ve spent over 15 years working in gender and reproductive justice—as a domestic violence advocate, sex trafficking survivor safe-space worker, and a champion for abortion access and funding. Through that journey, I’ve learned: we don’t just need inspiration. We need infrastructure. We need access.

Our work stands on the shoulders of those who’ve fought before us. That means we move with intention, responsibility, and respect for intersecting identities, systemic barriers, and lived experience.

Grab n’ Flow is built on care, frustration, and deep love for this community.

It’s not charity. It’s mutual aid.

What We’re Raising Funds For

We need your help to keep this work going and growing. Your donation will go directly toward:

Storage unit fees to safely hold inventory for restocking

Community drives and partner initiatives with local organizations

Emergency community needs, which we support on a case-by-case basis

Educational outreach and signage that promotes stigma-free care

Our goal is to raise $5,000+ by August to prepare for our busiest back-to-school and postpartum season.
