Mini Medics - children and young adults mental health

Hi. My name is Beck and I am the Founder/Director of S.I.S - STRENGTH IN STRUGGLES. It is a Mental Health organisation run in East Lancashire helping individuals manage their mental health. It is run by myself with lived experience of mental health. I suffered a severe mental health crisis 18 years ago when I was a serving Police officer for Lancashire Police.

The services offered in SIS include one-to-one support; well-being walks, funded counselling and alternative therapies including Reiki, Sound Therapy, Cryo therapy, Art, Reflexology and many more.

ALL services and therapies are FREE.

This fundraising is specifically for SIS newest service 'Mini Medics' which is aimed at children and young adults. We are offering group workshops and one-to-one support to help younger people manage their mental health.
