Fund A CDRS Mother and Child Centre In Rahat Kot
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Ibrahim Raja, and I am fundraising on behalf of IMANA Medical Relief (IMR). I am 18 years old and am entering my first year of post-secondary education. IMR has been engaged in medical relief activities in Pakistan since the devastating earthquake in 2005 when their teams treated thousands of injured patients. Subsequently, IMR has conducted free medical, eye, and dental camps, opened and equipped basic health care units, built a maternity hospital, and sent relief supplies. I have received a special opportunity to take part in a relief mission to travel to Rahat Kot in northern Swat. This mission was organized as a collaboration between IMR and CDRS (Comprehensive Disaster Relief Services) to send medical missions to their Mother & Child Health Center in Rahat Kot in northern Swat. This clinic provides primary care to the neighbouring rural population and is equipped with basic diagnostic facilities. The location of this clinic is extremely rural, and the clinic itself is navigating through a challenging health care system that is scarcely resourced, which is the reason that outside funding is necessary. People in several areas of rural Pakistan are deprived of adequate healthcare, among other things. Even though I am not medically certified or trained, I am still partaking in this mission to help in any way I can. For that same reason, I would like to invite everyone who views this page to take part in this mission by donating any amount, small or large as even the smallest of contributions can make a world of difference,
