Fund a Camper to help homeless man

I am trying to help a homeless person purchase a small camper and get him off the streets. He has had a job for about a month and shows no signs of being on drugs or alcohol. He is on the streets because his vehicle broke down, he lost his previous job, and left an environment where he was being abused.

He has a 14-year-old dog that is his companion, and they are inseparable. He will not leave his fur baby behind or rehome her because I honestly believe it would break their hearts if they were separated.
