It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dr. Travis Pfannenstiel, 43, a Ft. Myers, FL resident since 2015. Travis passed away in his wife’s arms on Saturday, July 27, 2019 after a 20 month battle with brain cancer. He was born February 1, 1976 in Salina, KS.

Updated -  1/3/2018

This fund has been created to support Travis & Terri Pfannenstiel and their four young children, 9 year old triplets - John, Ryan, Hannah and their 8 year old daughter, Ellie.

Radiology and pathology results at MD Anderson in Houston, TX, have confirmed our worst fears - Travis has been diagnosed with inoperable, terminal brain cancer. He will begin Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments in January 2018 for 6 weeks in the hopes that it will slow the progress, so he can have more time with his family.

The family needs financial support for the forseable future because Travis is no longer working. They will use the funds for medical and daily living expenses now, and Terri and the kids will need it in the future.

We have had several people ask about making larger, private donations - an account has been set-up for anyone that would like to make a private donation - the information is below:

Checks can be made payable to:
