On race day, I’ll be focused on fueling my body, making sure I have enough calories, electrolytes, and energy to cross the finish line. That privilege isn’t something I take lightly. For millions of children around the world, the challenge isn’t finishing a race; it’s simply getting enough food to survive.

That contrast is why I’m taking on an Ironman and why I’m raising money to support the Canadian UNICEF Committee. Every mile I swim, bike, and run is dedicated to children who don’t have the security of knowing where their next meal will come from.

UNICEF is the world’s farthest-reaching humanitarian organization for children. Across 190 countries and territories, they work every day to help children survive, grow, and defend their right to a childhood, especially through emergency food and nutrition programs for those facing hunger and malnutrition.

Want to join me in making a difference? I’m raising money to benefit UNICEF Canada, and any donation, big or small, will help make a real impact. Your support helps turn miles into meals and effort into hope.

Thank you so much for supporting a cause that means so much to me.
