Quentin Blue is proud to have been asked to be the opening act for the Day of Peace celebration at San Quentin State Prison on September 7th, 2024. We’re really excited about the opportunity to participate in this community-building event and the band is rehearsing like crazy, lots to get done and only a short time to do it. The five of us will be hauling our equipment up to San Quentin for the performance.

We’ve got the music and the show covered but we need your help with travel & accommodation expenses. Our goal is to cover the trip expenses that we anticipate being $2,500. If you would like to help us, bring hope, support and peace to the men working hard on their rehabilitation, we can extend your helping-hand to future re-entry citizens.

At the core of Quentin Blue, we are Re-Entry Citizens, and proud of it. We chose the path of healing and rehabilitation and now we are giving back to the community wherever we can. Be it raising money for The Sierra Club or performing for and supporting our brother & sister re-entry citizens or providing audio recording and mixing services for musicians & writers who have come home. Quentin Blue is giving help and hope, with your help.

Future vision: If we raise more money than our goal, we will hold the excess for the next trip.
