HCFD District 3 Rescue Boat Repower

My name is Jim Goese and I'm a volunteer firefighter in Hardin County, Tennessee, District 3. Additionally, we serve Pickwick Lake and the Tennessee River, responding to medical emergencies.

We have a search and rescue boat that needs repowering. A local boat dealer, Marine Sales, is helping us by giving a huge discount on the motor.

This is our best means of getting to the emergencies on the lake with our medical responders. During the summer months, we have thousands on the water in our district. The need is real, and there are real-life stories of those helped when in need.
