You've read about the fires, the immigration sweeps, the defunding of proven housing programs. You know that over 60,000 more of our neighbors will experience homelessness this year while HUD replaces housing first with temporary shelters that solve nothing. You understand the crisis we're facing.

Here's what you might not know: Three years ago, I started Second Grace LA thinking we'd build an online community to support the work of ending homelessness. I never imagined we'd become part of the last line of defense—that Federal dollars would disappear just as the need exploded, leaving us to help bridge the gap between our neighbors and the resources they need to survive.

But that's exactly where we are.

We are still the ONLY online community dedicated to ending homelessness through citizen action. Not policy papers. Not pilot programs. Real neighbors helping real neighbors access real resources, right now.

**This winter, we're raising $25,000 to:**

- Expand our resource hub connecting people to vital services

- Create organization hubs for small nonprofits to coordinate care

- Support our network of 100+ community members taking direct action

- Maintain our interactive service map for identifying local providers

In our first years, we've helped Angelenos find hundreds of services, share resources, and reach neighbors who had nowhere else to turn. When systems fail, community doesn't.
