Hi, I’m Deena Marie—a singer-songwriter, independent artist, and storyteller who believes that music isn’t just entertainment. It’s a lifeline, a mirror, and sometimes even a call to action.

I write folk for the soul—songs that carry truth, courage, and connection. Some of my music is deeply personal, rooted in love, healing, and sobriety. Other songs carry a political charge, echoing the timeless tradition of protest folk. What ties it all together is one core belief: music with meaning matters.

I’ve already released a handful of songs into the world—including “Karoline,” “Relax Take It Easy,” "West Coast (California Dreaming)," “Tear the Fascists Down (Again)”—and the response has shown me how hungry people are for real, authentic songs that speak to both the heart and the times we’re living in.

Now, I’m ready to take the next step: recording a full album that captures the spectrum of what I stand for—politics, love, courage, and transformation.
