<div>Hi, I’m <strong>Deena Marie</strong>—a singer-songwriter, independent artist, and storyteller who believes that music isn’t just entertainment. It’s a lifeline, a mirror, and sometimes even a call to action.

</div>

<div>I write folk for the soul—songs that carry truth, courage, and connection. Some of my music is deeply personal, rooted in love, healing, and sobriety. Other songs carry a political charge, echoing the timeless tradition of protest folk. What ties it all together is one core belief: music with meaning matters.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>I’ve already released a handful of songs into the world—including “Karoline,” “Relax Take It Easy,” "West Coast (California Dreaming)," “Tear the Fascists Down (Again)”—and the response has shown me how hungry people are for real, authentic songs that speak to both the heart and the times we’re living in.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Now, I’m ready to take the next step: recording a full album that captures the spectrum of what I stand for—politics, love, courage, and transformation.

<div><strong>Why I’m Asking for Your Help</strong>

</div>

<div>Making an album independently is beautiful but expensive. Studio time, mixing, mastering, musicians, production, and distribution all add up quickly. As an artist without a label behind me, every note I record and every lyric I release depends on community support.

</div>

<div>Your contribution will go directly toward:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div> Studio sessions to capture the songs with the highest quality.

</div>

<div> Collaborating with musicians and producers who bring the music to life.

</div>

<div> Mixing &amp; mastering so the songs sound just as powerful in your headphones as they do live.

</div>

<div> Distribution &amp; promotion, so these songs can reach the ears—and hearts—of people around the world.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>Why It Matters</strong>

</div>

<div>We live in a world where so much music feels disposable. But I believe folk music—the kind that speaks to the soul, confronts injustice, and reminds us of our humanity—still has a vital place. This album isn’t just songs; it’s a message, a movement, and a way to keep truth-telling alive in melody.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Every dollar raised is fuel for that mission. And every supporter is part of this album’s story.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>How You Can Help</strong>

</div>

<div>Donate whatever you can—big or small, it all makes a real difference.

</div>

<div>Share this fundraiser with your friends, family, and networks.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Follow along on Spotify, AppleMusic, Instagram, and TikTok to be part of my journey as an artist.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div><strong>A Note From Me</strong>

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Thank you for helping me bring this album into the world. Together, we can keep folk alive—for the heart, for the soul, and for the times.

</div>

</div>

<div>With gratitude and love,

</div>
