Help Us Survive the War and Tragedy in Gaza

My name is Daniel, and I’m 26 years old, writing to you from northern Gaza. Before the war began over a year and a half ago, my family was full of life and dreams—we were nine people, united and hopeful for a brighter future. We were a thriving family, looking forward to a life of comfort and opportunity. But the war shattered everything.

The conflict tore through our lives. My mother was severely injured and had to be taken to Egypt, where she remains today, receiving treatment far from home. My father was wounded, and my brother—full of life and promise—was tragically killed. His absence has left a deep wound in our hearts.

Today, we are seven. We remain together in northern Gaza, but our reality grows more dangerous and desperate with each passing day. There’s no safety, no security, and barely enough food or medical supplies. We are trapped in a cycle of fear and survival, living through daily hardships.
