Legal fund for FSAG.
We are collecting on behalf of lenders of www.fundingsecure.com which was placed into administration last month. The funds are to be spent on legal advice and representation for the lenders affected, by the firm, Stevens-Bolton.com based in Guilford, Surrey, UK. We have their letter of Engagement for anyone who wishes to view.
This fundraiser has been organised by John Goodman and Marc Mason, 2 lenders of the 3500 lenders affected by the collapse of FundingSecure.
ALL funds will go for paying the legal fees of Stevens-Bolton on behalf of the lenders.
Due to Stevens-Bolton KYC policy, they have asked for either myself or Craig Goodfellow to transfer the funds to them, using us [our own personal bank account] as an intermediary, due to UK KYC laws. This can be confirmed directly with our lead lawyer, David at Stevens-Bolton.
GoFundMe charges a commission, which will be covered personally by Marc Mason and one other person on the FSAG admin team.
