My name is Sandra Vazquez, of SWT Fitness. The goal of our organization is to train women to become healthier in a clean and safe first-class studio. In addition, SWT Fitness strives to be an educational tool in health/wellness and to serve the community.

At SWT Fitness we are currently working on 4th Annual Breast Cancer Fundraiser. On October 22th, 2023, we will hold fitness classes to raise money. In the past funds collected were entirely donated to the Calvert Health Sheldon E. Goldburg Center for Breast Cancer. However, this year we are going a different route. Instead, monies raised will go to Maryland Oncology for the use of cold caps for their patients. Cold caps are devices, which are not covered by insurance, that reduce the hair loss caused by some types of chemotherapy.
