From the big island to the small island !!

**UPDATE FOLKS ** well is all done & dusted folks ,it was great day out 5.76KM in 1HR 24min , thanks to Jim Muldowney & Arranmhòr RNLI for the boat cover & of course all who sponsored me too... TOTAL €1750!! thanks again Howdy folks, ziggy here, well as the title says big swim on from the mainland, starting point burtonport , (Donegal ) over across the open sea channel to Arranmhór island, hopefully landing into the beach on the east side, all going well, I'm swimming for 2 reasons, to give a little helping hand to the Irish cancer society ( in memory of our mam)& locally to the Arranmhór lifeboat, to help save more lives at sea! Swim is planned for june 16th-18th depending on the good aul Irish weather etc etc...thanks to all concerned, cheers & thanks again for all the support !!!!
