My name is B, head of family of five. I am writing with humility and desperation, asking for help our minor daughters. I am not sharing my family picture to protect my family privacy and my daughters future.

Life changed for us in a single moment. My wife and I came to Canada legally on valid permits. I worked as a supervisor, and my wife is a certified childcare provider who cared for special-needs children.

We followed every rule and conditions of our status. Our permits are still valid. We were building an honest and stable future for our children. Despite this, our family was suddenly removed/deported from Canada forcefully/unjustly while valid permits exists.

We were not given time to prepare, save money, or make arrangements for our minor children’s safety and schooling. Our case was handled by a case manager who refused to fairly consider our valid permits, our children’s schooling, or the humanitarian impact of deporting a young family.

During our interactions, we experienced statements and treatment that strongly suggested bias based on our religion and ethnicity, and we were repeatedly told our requests would not be approved. Our applications for reconsideration and extension were denied, leaving us with no legal path to remain, even though our permits had not yet expired.

Today, we are back in our home country with nothing. We have no home, no income, and no support system. We did not return by choice — we were forced/unjustly to leave. We are living in extremely unstable conditions, struggling to afford even food and shelter.

Our minor daughters had been in school in Canada for over three years. They had stability, friends, and hope. Now their education has been interrupted, and their future is uncertain. We struggle daily to provide meals, safe housing, and medical care.

We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for dignity and survival.
