Life can change in the blink of an eye. After a sudden separation, my seven children and I are starting over with nothing. The security we once had is gone, and we are now facing the heartbreaking reality of rebuilding our lives from the ground up.
On top of needing the most basic household essentials beds, blankets, couches, pots, pans, cups, and everyday items we are also facing the cost of moving itself, which is more than I can handle alone.
Here is what your support will help cover:
• Moving truck & labor costs safely transporting what little we have, plus any donated furniture and items, into a new space.
• Deposits & setup fees required upfront costs just to secure a place and turn on utilities like electricity, water, and gas.
• Household essentials beds so my children don’t sleep on the floor, blankets to keep them warm, dishes to eat from, and basic furniture to turn four walls into a home.
• Groceries & hygiene items, food and everyday needs to keep my children healthy and cared for during this transition.
No child should go without a bed to sleep in.
No child should eat off the floor because there are no dishes.
No family should be forced to start over completely alone.
As their mother, I am working tirelessly to rebuild and keep them safe, but right now, I cannot do it by myself. This move represents not just boxes and costs, but a chance to give my children stability and peace after heartbreak.
