We are a Cincinnati-based nonprofit reentry services organization providing adult men recently released from Ohio state or Hamilton County corrections with what they need most in that critical first window after release: a safe place to live, structured programming, clinical support, employment preparation, and people who genuinely believe in their capacity to succeed.

Our founder, Joseph Caldwell, built SWAG, Inc from lived truth. Having been directly impacted by the criminal justice system himself, Joseph understands with rare and uncompromising clarity what these men face — and what they need. His vision for SWAG was shaped by personal transformation, resulting in an organization committed to reducing recidivism by providing evidence-based programming, stable housing, clinical support, workforce development, and a clear path toward lasting success.
