From Heart to Hand is a San Francisco street outreach mission built on one simple belief: every meal matters, and every soul matters.

What began with simply sharing meals has grown into ongoing outreach bringing food, care, and essential support to people experiencing homelessness and hardship.

I do this work directly on the street, one meal and one person at a time — but I can’t grow it alone. This fundraiser will help support meals, outreach supplies, emergency essentials, and the next steps of expanding this mission to reach more people with dignity, consistency, and care.
