Friends of the Savanna Pool

The Savanna Pool is part of the Savanna Park District and we are passionate about ensuring our community continues to benefit from the incredible resource that is the Savanna Park District indoor swimming pool. While this fantastic facility offers a wealth of advantages – including open swim sessions for families, invigorating fitness classes, and therapeutic water aerobics – it remains unfortunately underutilized and relatively unknown to many residents.

We believe that everyone in our community deserves access to the physical and mental health benefits of swimming, regardless of age or ability. To that end, the Friends of the Savanna Pool committee has been established to actively promote the pool's offerings and secure its future. We are currently working diligently to raise awareness within the community and to pursue grant funding and other fundraising initiatives. These efforts are crucial to ensuring the pool's continued operation and to addressing necessary repairs that will allow us to keep it open year-round.

We are confident that with the support of the community, we can make the Savanna Park District indoor swimming pool a thriving hub for health, recreation, and community engagement. Stairs - $10,900

pH/Chlorine System - $2,400

This totals to $47,275. We created a goal of $75,000 so any labor and anything extra can be covered.
