Help Friends of Ruabon Replace Our Damaged Marquees!

Dear Friends, Neighbours, and Supporters,

Friends of Ruabon is a passionate, volunteer-run community group dedicated to bringing joy and connection to our village through free events throughout the year. From our festive Christmas sleigh to our lively Easter egg hunts and, of course, our much-loved Summer Fete, we strive to create memorable experiences for everyone in Ruabon.

This year's Summer Fete was a resounding success, thanks to the incredible turnout and the vibrant spirit of our community. However, amidst the fun, we faced an unexpected challenge: our two large marquees were unfortunately damaged beyond repair. These marquees are the backbone of many of our events, providing crucial shelter and space for activities, vendors, and attendees, come rain or shine.

Without them, planning future events, especially our larger outdoor gatherings, becomes incredibly difficult. We rely on these marquees to ensure comfort and safety for everyone who joins us.

That's why we're reaching out to you today with an urgent appeal. We need to raise funds to replace these essential marquees so we can continue to put on the fantastic free events you've come to love and expect.
