Boogie the Bridge is a homegrown, not for profit society, with no government funding. Boogie is solely supported through participation, sponsorship and the outstanding volunteer team who is passionately committed to this Kamloops heart project. Moving into 2022 as a full professional running event and fundraiser, is at great risk of not happening without funds.
For more than 20 years Boogie has been a Kamloops spring tradition. Together we have raised over 1 million dollars for local Kamloops charities and changed thousands of lives with movement. With the cancellation of our traditional event in 2020 and the uncertainty of the coming year, it's likely no surprise to many of you, the Covid-19 restrictions have greatly affected our ability to raise much-needed funds for our charities and keep Boogie going.
We are asking for your support and partnership to keep the spirit of “movement is change” alive in Kamloops. Even the smallest of donations can make a huge difference.
