I have increased the goal to $15,000. As was noted during the original fundraising, legal costs add up quickly. If we are able to achieve our legal goals with funds remaining, refunds will be made to all who contributed.

To date, our legal counsel has been successful in delaying the scenario we are currently encountering, the addition of 12 residences in one backyard at 4578 Jicarillo Avenue.
