‘Friends Bike Ride’ Raven House Trust Food Bank

Hi, my name is Carl and we are a group of friends who grew up together in Caerleon and Newport. Motivated by one of our group, who shall remain nameless (Jez, the one with his arms in the air) we decided to challenge ourselves in recognition of managing to reach the grand old age of 50! Over the period of Lent we will be cycling from Cardiff to Holyhead, following the Lon Las trail for around 400 kilometres.

We are hoping to raise funds for a wonderful local charity called Raven House Trust who provide food and furniture for those in need.
