Fridge and O’Reilly 10k Run

Well it’s that time of year again for my next challenge. Martin sunderland AkA “The bully” has challenged me to a 10k run. (6th July)

I have a friend this time, Mr paul O’reilly who will be running with me after recovering from 2 hip replacements.

We will be both raising money for The Overgate Hospice and The Old Crossleyans Club fund.
