Freya & Remon’s local talent development project

As a part of our wedding celebrations, Freya and Remon will be setting up a new project in the villages and surrounding areas close by to Polwaththa Eco Lodges (our home!).

Our goal is to nurture talent, and to provide practical and administrative support alongside assistance to access training and development opportunities.

From sewing to weaving to making jams and utensils from coconuts, our area is filled with skilled people who are thinking innovatively and creatively. This fund will support local people to harness their skills and talents, going further with their ideas, expanding their training and knowledge, and achieve improved financial stability in a setup that works best for them.
