Freya and Martin's Baby Shower Fund

Freya and Martin are welcoming a baby girl in October! COVID, being a multinational family, and living far away from friends and family complicate things a bit. Our village spans several countries and hopefully this makes it bit easier for everyone to be involved!
We plan for the funds to go towards necessary items on our registries, as well as some furniture pieces for later (crib once bassinet is outgrown for example). Photos will be posted of the items we purchase with the funds, of course!
Now, if GoFundMe isn't your thing, don't worry we've got options! Our main registry is on Amazon France. Please don't ship anything from America (it'll cost both of us wayyyyy too much money!). Most internet browsers have a translate function, we use Chrome and Safari with great results! If you already have an Amazon account, your payment information carries over to Amazon France, but Prime benefits don’t (you can do the 30 day trial again in France though! I’ve tried to make sure nearly everything on the list is prime eligible). One thing to note: gift cards purchased from Amazon in one country (US for example) will NOT work for Amazon France, but Amazon France gift cards are fine! If you're having issues with the website, we're more than happy to help, just shoot us a question :) Also on that list, there are some items that link to items sold on other websites. These should be equally simple to use with a browser translator.

For the baby shower in the States, I also have a Target registry of equally important, smaller items (I’ll take back as much as I can in my suitcase, and family will bring more in the fall!)

Additionally, if baby clothes, toys, or books (beyond the registry) are more your style, here are several (French or International) sites I like! I've added a photo of a US size baby clothing size to France clothing size conversion chart. On Book Depository, I have a wish list going, which you can use as inspiration! Sometimes web shops don't like non-French bank cards, most of them at least have PayPal options, if you encounter something like this! You'll have to message us privately for the address, I don't want to post it publicly here...or it’s included with our baby shower invitation :)
