Fresh food 4 Working Families

Hi, my name is Diane and I’m fundraising to provide fresh fruit, veg, dairy and meat for working families in my area who are struggling with rising costs, high rent and very little UC support. 

I have volunteered at several local food banks and have been horrified by the lack of fresh fruit, veg, dairy and meat provided to families. 

One comment I often hear from families using traditional food banks is ‘I received a parcel which was very nice but there isn’t anything to make an actual meal with’. 

My aim is to provide these fresh items to a group of families I’ve met and who are struggling to keep afloat during these uncertain times. I have already some support from several amazing businesses and neighbours but still need financial support to enable me to carry on.

Now with Christmas approaching I’m aiming to help as many families as possible provide fresh food and presents for the children, new items not used ones. If you can help then please donate. Thank you.
