Swimming, Dipping or Floating, EVERYDAY for all 30 days in November, a dip for 10 seconds to a short swim. A group of locals getting together to help support local Mental Health Charities and local families, especially kids. From support dealing with bullying to suicide, anxiety to full depression, and the effect on those around their families. Sudden death or cancer can have a dramatic effect on families. This is what young people need help with the most. With new programs set up to help young people and their families. Every penny will be accounted for and used where it’s needed most.
