Hi Friends,

If you're seeing this, you probably have known me at some point on this life journey. My boys and I are on the threshold of embarking on a new life adventure, but to get there, we will need a little bit of help. Let me provide a some backstory for context.

For the last 18 or so months, I have been in the process of decoupling from my soon-to-be ex-husband after he suffered a mental health crisis in early 2024. We were already on the path to divorce when these events occurred and provided the final catalyst. The journey has gone through many phases, challenges and court dates; and now we find ourselves at the phase where we can start making real improvements to the quality of our lives. This week, the boys and I were finally granted a move away order by the court, and now it's time take action. The downside is that I need to ask for help from community to make this change a reality. We need your help with moving expenses so that we can move to our new home in the PNW before snows start. Your assistance will go toward securing a new apartment, and other necessary moving expenses that we come up against.

This move is a fresh start for us. We have community eagerly awaiting our arrival. The boys and I look forward to creating a new home full of love and comfort, and above all: peace. We love the Bay Area, but we do not want to struggle to survive anymore. The boys deserve a higher quality of life, and they deserve a mom who isn't breaking under the struggle to just pay the bills that keep them warm, safe, and fed. We long to thrive, and this move will be the pivot point toward the life we are so hungry for. It is always hard for me to ask for help, but ask I must. I have turned to you before, and you showed up for us. I ask for you to do so one more time, if you can.
