Hello Beautiful Freedom Movement Tribe, it's Carmen here. I’d like to introduce you to Marja Jarvis, she’s in our Freedom Movement Family, she's flown into Sydney to attend masterminds with us at Jess Z’s home, booked to come to Freedom Fest, she’s all in with our Freedom Movement vision.
Marja lives on the land with her husband, he's a farmer, and its all she has known for many a married years. They have cattle, horses & other stock. She also runs a small B&B at her guest house. Her children are older and have left home but her daughters were home visiting for Xmas.
Tuesday 31st December, was a tense day for southern NSW as many in our Freedom Movement Community were preparing to evacuate.
One of my team members shared that Marja’s hometown of Cudgewa NSW was under alert for evacuation. I messaged Marja privately around 6pm and she said the winds just picked up but they are all okay so far. I went about my evening as normal and upon waking up early to news from Marja in our team chat, that she and her daughters fought the fire all night and saved their family home & guest home, but the fire swept through their entire property and they lost everything else. They were obviously exhausted.
The fire swept through their farm, and they lost not only all their beautiful big trees, but all fencing, sheds, hay sheds, all machinery, all their hay for the winter ahead and probably all her stock. Her horse, two chickens and dogs were safe in the house/yard.
What AMAZES me even more, is Marja and her daughter fought these fires ALONE, as there were no fire trucks available to come assist them and her hubby was out fighting fires elsewhere....(which is what amazing heart centred people do, go out and help their community but the fire started quickly out of nowhere for them).
As the sunlight came, they could begin to see the devastation & loss. Some of the cattle managed to retreat to the dam and had survived, many hadn’t survived or had to be euthanised due to burns and injuries. And the devastation not only to her property, but their whole community of Cudgewa NSW was wiped out, the pub is still standing though!. However still no power and no sign of power coming back soon as the extent of the damage is so widespread. No power, no internet, limited phone reception.
All roads into this area are closed due to current threat of fires and damage to roads, its going to take a while.....
We can financially help one of our own Freedom Movement Team, Marja right now with road ahead to recovery for her. Our financial aide will help Marja with this road ahead to recovery, taking each day 1 by 1 of feeding current stock that have survived, materials for rebuilding fences, rebuilding sheds to store feed in, plus all the tools that get used on farm life every day and machinery used on the land......
