Freedom for Jessica: Support Her Immigration Fight

We’re raising funds to support Jessica and her family as they face the heartbreaking challenges of her immigration case. Jessica came to the U.S. seeking safety and a better future—but now she’s fighting to stay in the only place she calls home.

My name is Guillermo Chavarria, I am Jessica’s oldest son. I have created this gofundme to help my family cover urgent legal costs—appeals, immigration applications, and everything needed to give Jessica a real shot at freedom. If she is granted bond, part of the funds will go toward securing her release so she can reunite with her family as soon as possible.

Funds will also provide vital relief for Jessica during this painful time, and help Jessica afford small but essential items like snacks and phone time—keeping her connected to the people who love and miss her deeply.

Jessica is currently detained at Stewart Detention Center. Her loved ones are doing everything they can to bring her back, but the legal process is long, complex, and incredibly expensive.
