A Salute to BIPOC Essential Workers

I’m raising money in order to offer self-care and wellness practices to the BIPOC sector.  More specifically, essential workers; including nurses, pharmacists, teachers, delivery/postal/food service workers, doctors, police officers, media, etc. I want to provide a safer space for the BIPOC community during these trying times.

Funds will be used to cover the cost of classes, guest teachers, promo campaigns, and administration.  Classes will be gifted to BIPOC community members via promos, email, and word of mouth.

I'm hoping to raise $2,500 in 30 days.  My goal is to be able to offer this to as many people as possible for as long as possible.  If successful, I'd like for this to be an ongoing part of the service I provide. You can help with that by making a donation to get us started!

In these stressful and uncertain times, a little mindful movement and meditation goes a long way. This is just one of many ways that we can support one another.

Some of my specialties are Yoga, Meditation, Pilates,  Breathwork, Thai Yoga Massage, and Backcare.  I'm a Black woman running a sole proprietorship (www.flowandyoga.com) and would like to share self-care practices with my community.  As I'm barely earning any income myself during the Covid Pandemic, the support from others would really help to make this a reality!

I truly believe that together, we can add more joy to someone's life, no matter how small.
