Attention: Support Needed for Translatinx Community Leader

A Translatinx community leader has been arrested in Florida and is being held in a men’s facility to intentionally induce violence against her. She has experienced violence from officers and inmates alike, emboldened by Trump/MAGA rhetoric.

She needs bail, travel home, & legal representation.

UPDATE: For further context, she has asked to remain anonymous, due to the possibility of being targeted in the future. This experience has been extremely dehumanizing for her, she is a shell of herself, & has been rapidly losing faith, but hearing about the success of this GoFundMe has brought her back from the brink.
