My name is Kate, and I’m passionate about making fitness accessible to everyone in Nashville. This summer, I would love to launch a free HIIT workout series open to all, with the goal of bringing our community together bi-weekly for an hour of movement, music, and community. We’ll kick things off at E+Rose in Germantown and rotate locations throughout the city, making it easy for more people to join in and experience the energy of group fitness, without the barrier of high class fees.
To make these sessions possible, I need your help purchasing a portable PA system for music and instruction, as well as about 25 mats and portable resistance equipment. These items will help create a fun, party-like atmosphere and ensure everyone can hear me and participate fully, no matter where we set up. I want every workout to be inclusive, welcoming, and a highlight of the week for anyone who attends!
Your support will help cover the cost of equipment and audio gear, insurance, permits, and workout equipment so we can get started as soon as possible and our community members pay nothing! I’m hoping to keep the series running through October and possibly November. Together, we can make fitness more accessible and build a stronger, healthier Nashville community.
