FREE Prostate cancer tests for Fleetwood's men

Hi, I'm Rick and I work at Fleetwood Town Community Trust. On the 16th of September, we would like to invite the Male community of Fleetwood and surrounding areas to come along on a match day and have a FREE BLOOD TEST for Prostate cancer at Highbury Stadium. As there is a cost to this procedure I have decided to do a 24hr Workout challenge to raise £1000 so our community don't have to pay anything towards this test ensuring it is accessible to as many men as possible.

Men have a bad habit of not visiting the doctor which decreases the chances of early diagnosis. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer. If you’re over 50, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.

Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening. But when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.

On Thursday 17th August starting at 5.30pm at JD Gym Thornton Cleveleys I will be doing a 24hr workout session. As the gym closes at 10pm I will be using my handbike at home throughout the night and posting online throughout before returning to the gym at 6am to complete the last 11hrs 30mins until finish.
