FREE BHPD

BHPD was detained and arrested at the Burgettstown lot after being approached about his shirts. Officers that got physical and then arrested him could not maintain a consistent story about why he was being detained. They also refused to provide their names or badge numbers to witnesses. He is now out on bail and working with a legal team. Due to their strategy, we are unable to provide many public details about the case at the time. Thanks everyone for donating and considering donating!

For transparency: so far $3,020 is being used for bail (7-10% of $40k bail). The rest will be used for legal fees which are set to be $8,700 with another $1,000 of conditional fees. If we collect more than is needed we will donate to other community needs.
