Fred's Saltdean to Bondi Run for Shelter!

Join me on my amazing adventure all the way to Australia from England and back again. To start off I'll be running 5K along Saltdean beach in the freezing cold! Then I'll fly to Australia and run along Bondi beach in the boiling hot! (5K again) and finally I'll fly back to England and and do another 5K run to finish things off!
