Fred and some of his close friends are doing a sponsored silence at school on Friday 1st December to raise money to donate to Royal Stoke Children’s Oncology - Ward 217 where Freddie’s younger sister Mabel, who is 4 years old, is currently spending a lot of time receiving treatment for her recently diagnosed Leukaemia.

Fred absolutely adores his little sister and he has been the most loving and caring big brother through out her life and even more so now. He misses her so much when she is in hospital. She has just come out after a 11 day stay following an infection and during this time, Fred has planned this sponsored silence all by himself with his friends at school, creating posters to put up around the school and encouraging people to support him.

Fred has already raised some money at school through his own initiative, but I wanted to set this up to give him a boost and spread the word because he is so proud of how much he has raised already and I know it will make his day to support this cause even more, all for the love of his little sister, Mabel.

Please donate if you can, even £1 will help bump up his final donation amount that he can give to the hospital to show how grateful we all are for the care and support we receive every week.
