Freddie Paterson’s Half Marathon Memorial Run - Aimee P xx

Hello and thanks for visiting my page,

Meningitis is a subject close to my family’s heart suddenly losing my sister Aimee Peaches Paterson to the illness in 2007. My parents Lorna and Darryl have put on Charity Fun Days and Walks in Aimee’s memory over the years along with the rest of the family to help generate lots of money to go to this important cause and help for the future. This charity run is to keep the fundraising going.

One in four 15-19 year olds carry the meningococcal bacteria that can cause meningitis which can kill in just hours. I’ll be running the London Landmarks half marathon on Sunday the 6th of April 2025 to raise some vital funds for meningitis now to continue doing their great work and raise awareness for the illness. This will be my third time doing the London half marathon for Meningitus Now after 2021 and 2024 along with my cousin William.

We would appreciate any donations however big or small they all help the cause!
