He was watching TV and smelled smoke. He proceeded to the bedroom to take a look. He return to the living room and found it engulfed with smoke. He had no choice but to get out. He quickly turned off the gas supply line while calling for help. The fire spread so quickly that he was unable to get anything out. His home is a total loss.
