Hi I'm Frank Wallace and I am a 10 month Pibble mix. I was rescued by my loving parents when I was 7 weeks old, and have been growing FAST. I have a wonderful family, including two snuggly brother cats, who want to provide me with the best possible life.

I love playing and snuggling, but have recently been diagonosed with severe elbow dysplasia that requires aggressive surgery. Elbow dysplasia is a genetic condition where the elbow joint grows incorrectly, and without intervention can lead to a lifetime of pain and lameness (limping). But, with surgery and therapy I can look forward to a lifetime of playing and hikes.
My mom and dad work hard to provide me with all the goodies in life, but surgery can be REALLY expensive. My right elbow only requires orthoscopic surgery, but my left elbow is going to require a whole lot more. The surgery itself is estimated to be $7,000 or more, plus several months of therapy, costing upwards of $3000 more. I will be having surgery in the next week or so with therapy following that.
