Frank's Fight: Recovering from a Stroke
Donation protected
Meet my oldest brother, Frank Robinson, Sr. A man of relentless dedication, he has tirelessly served the City of Atlanta, often clocking in 6 to 7 days a week. His commitment stemmed from a personal promise to make up for past financial choices. Tragically, a year ago, Frank suffered a debilitating stroke. While fortunate to retain his speech, it gravely affected the right side of his body and rendered him immobile. Subsequent health challenges further weakened both his legs. Nevertheless, through therapy, Frank's unwavering determination, and our collective prayers, we're optimistic about his full recovery. In his resilient spirit, he's set his sights on returning to work next year. Needless to say, he has a tough road ahead.
Financially, the last year has been challenging for Frank. Despite his dedication to the City of Atlanta, he didn't have disability insurance. As a result, he's exhausted over $60,000 in savings to meet ongoing expenses. Recognizing that a loan would only offer a temporary solution, and with Frank's agreement, we're reaching out to our family, friends and the giving community for assistance through this GoFundMe campaign. If you're unable to donate, we'd deeply appreciate your prayers for Frank's complete recovery and ask that you spread the word by sharing Frank’s campaign with others.
All donations will be used for Frank’s ongoing expenses, including basic necessities, mainly rent and food, medical, and other personal bills.
In sharing Frank's story, our intention isn't to evoke sympathy, but to provide a window into his journey. If you're moved to help, it would mean the world to us. We are profoundly thankful for your support, be it through donations and/or heartfelt prayers.
