Frank Sparkes - Community Cleaning Effort

Hi my name is Frank Sparkes and I am the North Wall Cleaner. I have been cleaning the community and the north wall around Grimsby & Cleethorpes for over 26 years. I have recently hit a stumbling block with being able to clean fly tipping waste as its classed as commercial. But I have found a way to clear the waste by hiring a monthly skip which is around 200 - 250 a month. If I can hit the goal amount I can get a skip for every month to ensure we keep Grimsby community and the North Wall clean.
